This project involved navigating a very challenging location, but thanks to the collaboration and hard work of Darren at DMR Haulage, Danny Mears Transport, and our team at JC PSA, we completed it successfully.
Firstly, the installation process presented significant challenges due to the difficult location. However, our team’s expertise and dedication ensured a smooth delivery and setup. Despite the obstacles, we managed to install the unit efficiently, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and problem-solving.
The modular building is kitted out as a studio apartment for a single mum and her daughter. The unit includes essential features that make it a comfortable living space. Although it isn’t the highest spec, it meets the needs of the occupants perfectly.
Moreover, the exterior of the unit is cladded with Cladex Woodgrain. This cladding not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides durability. The attractive finish ensures the building blends well with its surroundings while offering a robust exterior.
Additionally, the studio flat features a 6m aluminum sliding door and several UVPC windows. These elements provide ample natural light, making the interior bright and welcoming. The modern design of the windows and doors adds to the overall appeal of the living space.
