Return Window & Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in their original condition (including all original parts and packaging). If these conditions are not met (for example, the product shows signs of use or the request is made after 14 days), we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply additional fees. This 14-day return period is aligned with our Terms & Conditions and meets applicable consumer regulations on order cancellations and returns.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer-Arranged Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the product. We do not provide prepaid return labels or pickups, so you must organize the item’s safe return shipment back to us.

  • Additional Return Costs: Any extra costs associated with returning the item are borne by the customer. This includes expenses such as dismantling or disassembling the unit, crane hire (for large modular buildings), transportation, and any necessary labor to remove or prepare the item for return. Ensure you factor in these costs when initiating a return, as JCPSA Ltd will not cover them.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee. This fee is calculated as 20% of the product’s value and will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee applies to all returns without exception, covering inspection, handling, and restocking of the item.

Non-Refundable Service Charges

Please note that certain original service charges are non-refundable. Any transportation, crane hire, delivery, installation, or setup fees you paid as part of your original order will not be refunded if you return the product. These costs cover services already rendered (delivery, installation, etc.) and cannot be recovered once the service has been provided.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method only. This means we will credit the same credit/debit card or bank account used for the purchase – we do not issue refunds to alternate accounts or as store credit. Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund promptly (typically within 7–14 days). You will receive confirmation when the refund has been issued. (Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.)

No Exchanges or Replacements

We do not offer exchanges or product replacements under this policy. If you are unsatisfied with an item or need a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund (per the terms above) and place a new, separate order for the replacement product. This ensures clarity and proper processing of each returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order. The request must be made in writing (email is preferred for a written record). Our team will respond with confirmation and further instructions, such as the return shipping address and any necessary reference number.

Important: Returned goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our facility. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for the return. This protects you in case the item is lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets all the conditions of our return policy, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method as outlined above.
